1. The scanner is not accessing my camera or location. How do I fix this?
To map UFO sightings accurately and run environmental energy scans, Paranormal Chronicles requires camera and GPS permissions. If you accidentally denied these permissions:
- Open your iOS Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap on Paranormal Chronicles.
- Toggle both Location (set to "While Using the App") and Camera to ON.
2. How do I report abusive or objectionable content in the community boards?
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment or hoax spamming. Next to every community post, message, or reported sighting, you will find a "Report" button. Flagging an item sends it directly to our moderation team for review. Offending content and accounts are dealt with within 24 hours.
3. Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You have complete ownership of your data. To permanently delete your profile, community posts, and local logs:
- Navigate to your Profile Settings within the app.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.
- Alternatively, you can email us directly at the email listed above with your username, and we will purge your records manually.
4. Are the readings from the environmental scanner scientifically accurate?
